The hotel is connected to a train station, a fantastic feature. The breakfast offered many options (i enjoyed the variety!). The room included pajamas, a nice touch. The staff spoke multiple languages, really helpful during check-in.

the hotel is easily accessible directly from the train station. this made getting around quite convenient. the room had ample space and was clean.

i found the lighting in the hallways to be quite dim. it created a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. the breakfast selection remained unchanged daily which became monotonous.

The location is fantastic. It connects directly to the train station. I loved how easy it was to access transportation. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions and information about the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet had amazing variety!!! The restaurant views.

I found that the walls were not very soundproof. I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The room was quite dim. Working inside was difficult. the comforter sheets were not buttoned properly. The closure was on the side, not at the foot. i think a japanese-run hotel wouldn't have this issue. there was also occasional loud traffic noise at night, even on a high floor. it was noisier than expected.
